I’m P*** Minj, but the real hero of this tale is someone you might recognize—me, the scrawny guy who once struggled to lift even an empty barbell. Back in college, I was the guy classmates would tease for his slender frame and weak “taps” on push‑ups. Every gym visit felt intimidating: machines that looked more like medieval torture devices, grunting lifters who seemed light‑years ahead, and mirrors that only reminded me how little progress I’d made.

One afternoon, after yet another failed attempt to bench more than the bar, I stared at my reflection and made a promise: I’d rewrite my story, rep by rep. I started small—bodyweight squats in my dorm room, push‑ups against a sturdy desk, and sprint intervals on the quad. I tracked every workout, every meal, and every extra minute of sleep. Soon, the weights on the barbell crept up: 5 pounds, 10 pounds, then 20, and eventually enough that my old reflection would barely recognize me.

But it wasn’t just the muscle gains that fueled my fire; it was the confidence that followed each milestone. By my senior year, I’d transformed from the lanky underdog into someone friends came to for training tips and pep talks. That’s when I realized: the true power of fitness isn’t just the muscles you build—it’s the mindset you forge.

On September 1st, I turned that belief into action and launched Crispiee. My mission was clear: to share the exact workouts, nutrition hacks, and motivational nudges that carried me from skinny to strong. Four years later, this community of over 100 writers and thousands of readers is living proof that anyone—no matter your starting point—can rewrite their fitness story.
